Only select project with less development tools: Development tools such as software, machine and measuring devices take long time to learn and practice. The more development tools involved in project means you need to study more datasheets and user manuals. But sad to say that study development tools will not bring you credit in your project. Specify the actions required of them-If stakeholders need to take any action, don’t assume it will be obvious to them. Restate-in list form-what actions need to be taken and by whom.

For your business to hold a meeting every single day, you should be making millions. You should have things running in top notch order. If you are not making millions, what are the meetings producing? Down time, social opportunities, non participant discord, what? For small businesses, one meeting per week should suffice. Also, cut out the food. Why are we eating? Have the meeting before or after lunch, not as an excuse for lunch, on the company.
The exam lasts for several hours and is made up of 200 difficult multiple choice questions. Since it is a timed test you don’t want to spend a lot of time on each question. The best way to do this is to be prepared. Training will not only prepare you for the exam and the work, but it will give you the confidence to take this difficult exam. It will help you access all the training and studying that you did before the test. Then you will trust your instances when choosing test answers.
Always say “yes,” but make sure they understand the cost of “yes”-Sponsors and stakeholders don’t like to be told “no,” so don’t do it. Just make sure that they all understand what “yes” will cost. That way they can judge for themselves whether or not “yes” is worth it.
